​Hi there, I am the CraftyGirl behind these blogs. Thank you for joining me!




It is with gratitude that I offer you these blogs. Gratitude for all the people out there that have inspired me and mentor me thru their own  blogs and/or Art images. You have help me become the CraftyGirl-Artist I am today and you keep inspiring me every day.

​I decided to make these blogs for two reasons. First, because for many years I have been very shy about showing my own work with other people besides my immediate family, but then I began participating in Zentangle Blog Challenges (Adele's Bruno "It's a String Thing" Challenge) and found out it wasn't so bad, in fact it was really nice to feel part of a community. A huge Thank you to Adele!
And that's where the second reason came along. I realized that by all sharing our ideas and work we learn so much from each other. By visiting other blogs  we sometimes get new ideas and new approaches for our own work and life. We actually grow so much together, there is always something new to learn from everyone. I am in a path of constant learning and improving, and I am enjoying every minute of it!
 Art, and all sort of crafts have always been able to bring me to a quiet, happy place, and I have found that is while I am doing some kind of Art or Craft that all the world's noise and expectations fly away and I can really listen to myself. That is probably why it is then, when I often find answers to the typical every day problems or questions in my life.
 I have no doubt that from time to time you might see me writing some kind of insight, quotes or thoughts.  I am a retired Psychologist, as well as a Yoga enthusiast, so I guess that sharing them is something that comes really natural to me. I tell myself, that even if they benefit only one single person in the whole world, it is all worth it, and in fact a great success! 
I also love sharing any tips and ideas I get from my designer friends, I think they are amazing and worth of passing them along.

In regards to all the Art and Crafts images you see in this website on my "CraftyGirl's Zentangles Blog" , they are all from my own work unless I state it otherwise. You may use them as they are for your personal use with no derivatives feel free to share them and/or pin them in Pinterest, a credit would be appreciated. As I said before, I truly believe that we all become inspired and learn so much by studying other artists work. In fact it makes me very happy to see my work out there instead of catching dust somewhere in a shelf.
